The terms used in this policy should be interpreted under Russian Federal Law #152 on Personal Data.

We treat personal data lawfully and fairly, while our processing is strictly limited by purpose. We limit storage of the data with the purpose' necessity.

We do not transfer personal data outside Russia; our hired international partners may receive our clients' data only directly from them (not from us).

We shall not process personal data of persons under 18 years of age. Please, let us know via the contact below if your child left the data via the form; we will delete it.

We do not have a representative in the European Union under Article 27 of the GDPR (the Regulation (EU) 2016/679) because our processing activities in the EU are very occasional and do not include, on a large scale, processing of special categories of data as referred to in Article 9(1) or processing of personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences referred to in Article 10, and are unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, taking into account the nature, context, scope and purposes of the processing.

All information you provide via the form will be exclusively used to discuss with you our services and answer your questions. We rely on our legitimate interest to develop our business while processing this information. Our managers will analyse your information and will reach out to you within a couple of working days.

If our chat does not lead to the commencement of further collaboration and contract formation, we delete the data with no delay in one month after we receive it from you via the form.

But, in case of success, we will use your information in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and provision of the best services to you, relying on the contract as a legal ground for data processing.

Information we collect and use to enter into a contract for the provision of our services to you
We will use the contact information obtained via the form and will request information about your business' representatives appointed to sign a contract with us and/or, if you are a natural person conducting your business solely, your personal postal address (to exchange paper documents with you if this means is more acceptable for you) and your personal banking details (we will use them in case of possible reimbursement under the contract).

As for personal data obtained from our business relations, we do not store any of your data for longer than the duration of the contract.

If, for any reason, we terminate our relations prior to the contract being concluded, we delete your data within one month.

  • If you are a sole proprietor or similar form of non-corporate business, your postal address (if you wish this method of exchange) and your banking details (we may reimburse your losses under the contract, but, of course, we hope it will never happen)
